What this website does not do

• It sets no cookies and uses no browser storage.
• It runs no analytics, advertising pixels, or session recording.
• It has no forms and no sign-in.
• Every font, image, video, and script is served from this site's own address.

The site's security policy blocks form submissions and restricts page resources to this site's own address. Hosting diagnostics are described below.

What the host sees

Hosting and security providers keep normal short-lived request logs, which can include IP addresses. That is ordinary infrastructure logging, not a TVGlow profile of you.

Cloudflare, our hosting provider, may ask supporting browsers to send network error reports to Cloudflare when a request fails. These reports can include the requested URL, error type, timing, and connection details. They help diagnose problems reaching the site.

TVGlow does not use hosting logs or these diagnostics for advertising or visitor profiles.

If you email us

We receive your address and whatever you choose to include, and we use them to reply. We do not add you to a mailing list, and we do not share your message with anyone who does not need it to help you.

Please never include a playlist URL, a password, or any other login.

The TVGlow app

The app is not available yet. Before it is offered in any store, its privacy policy will be published on this website, setting out what the app keeps on your device and what, if anything, leaves it.
